Your new role
Seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join the Capital Markets team. This role will focus on developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that elevate brand presence, engage stakeholders, and drive business growth. You will play a pivotal role in positioning the capital markets services and enhancing market reputation.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our capital markets services and support business objectives.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and client presentations, that communicates our value proposition effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and maximize outreach efforts.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, measuring effectiveness and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on professional or financial services, preferably within the commercial real estate or capital markets sectors.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
