We are thrilled to be partnering with a renowned specialist law firm to seek an experienced Head of Marketing and Business Development to join the team. This top ranked firm specialises in business crime, regulation, civil fraud, and commercial litigation, representing governments, corporations, financial institutions, and high-profile individuals. They are known for handling complex, international cases and offer a supportive and collaborative work environment in the heart of the legal community.

Role Overview:

Reporting into the Managing Partner, the Head of MBD will:

  • Develop and execute the firm's MBD strategy
  • Lead and mentor the MBD team
  • Manage the MBD budget
  • Drive new business initiatives and client relationships
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns with the support of the team
  • Support individual lawyers with their business development plans
  • Oversee the firm's marketing communications and events
  • Enhance the firm's online presence and manage press relations

We are looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in business development, marketing, and PR within the legal sector
  • Strong strategic and managerial skills
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management abilities
  • Experience in litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution would be an advantage
