  • Salary: £24,000 plus monthly bonus

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative support to our website customers and training providers, ensuring a smooth and efficient service within our expanding online business.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Assist the Head of Administration with daily tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to web enquiries from users and training providers.
  • Process booking administration and send out joining instructions to clients.
  • Post certificates and provide support for re-scheduling and cancellations.
  • Update details on the website and perform data entry and other administrative tasks.
  • Engage in credit control activities.
  • Perform additional duties as required, contributing to the team's success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and general administration is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to organise, plan, and prioritise tasks.
  • Responsive to a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Competent in using IT systems and software.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with a flexible approach to accommodate business needs.
