Claimant Litigation Executive – Motor Claims

My client, a highly regarded firm based in Warrington, is seeking an experienced Claimant Litigation Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients and insurers, managing pre-litigated and litigated motor claims from inception to conclusion.
As a key player, you'll handle your own caseload of RTA claims, ensuring the highest standard of service and achieving settlements. You'll also be working with internal and external specialists, with a focus on subrogated motor claims and associated special damages.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Manage pre-litigated motor claims with a proactive approach to recoveries
- Handle subrogation and uninsured loss recovery
- Liaise with high-net-worth clients, insurers, and credit hire companies
- Litigate claims where necessary to drive successful outcomes
Essential Skills
:
- Minimum of 3 years' motor litigation experience (claimant side)
- Strong understanding of CPR, Pre-Action Protocols, and litigation procedures
- Experience with credit hire and motor claims essential; PL experience is a plus
- Proficient in case management software (Proclaim)
