Kenneth Brian Associates are working an established business based in Croydon who are recruiting for a Accounts Assistant to join their exciting team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have worked within in similar role for at least 1 year but will be eager to progress as there is plenty of scope for development.
Duties include:
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Bank Reconciliation
- Liaising with outsourced credit control function
- Payment reconciliation and administration - matching info to payments and preparing payment runs.
- Monthly cash reconciliations of bank accounts.
- Ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
