**SAP Reporting & Analytics Consultant** (Contract)

Duration: Up until 31 December 2024

Location: London/Hybrid (2 days per week on site)

Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate is available for suitable candidates

Role Purpose

Our banking client are seeking an analyst who will be responsible for the delivery of the Report Stories, Workforce Analytics Dashboards and canvas & table reports that make up the agreed 'Day 1' SuccessFactors reporting & analytics scope as part of the HR Service Transformation Programme.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the delivery of the scope of HRSTP Stream C: SuccessFactors Reporting &
  • Work with the SI partner to plan and track the development and testing of all reports and dashboards
  • Work with SuccessFactors Stream D Role Based Permissions team to confirm reporting & analytics permission requirements
  • Work with the Programme Central Test Team to plan for and execute the testing of role-based permissions during UAT
  • Be hands-on in analysis, defect resolution and testing/execution activities
  • Be a key member of the programme and work with the system integrator partner to successfully implement new data and reporting capabilities that accelerate data lead decision strategy.
  • Support the design, and deployment of custom reporting, dashboards, and analytical insights for the HR function.
  • Use strong technical capability with functional expertise to bridge the gap between business problems and data driven solutions.
  • Has detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA) options, integration points and best practices
  • Use expertise to validate metrics, dimensions and calculations in reports and dashboard solutions built by the SI Partner
  • Involved in the project lifecycle especially in testing and data migration with regards to performing testing and following through on recommendations and fixes.
  • Support Programme data migration, cutover and go-live phases including hypercare support.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experienced user of SF Tools including Report Stories, Canvas and AdHoc reports, Tiles & Dashboards - essential
  • Previous experience of implementing and/or using Ingentis - desirable
  • Previous experience of implementing SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics - desirable
  • Admin-level Certification in SF People Analytics Embedded edition or Workforce Analytics - desirable
  • Effective execution testing experience of Report Centre, including writing scripts and scenarios within JIRA or other testing software. - desirable
  • Understanding of Data specifications and key terminologies eg. Measures, Dimensions etc
  • Understanding of Metric packs
  • Business Analysis skills - can gather, document and assess reporting and MI requirements and effectively translate these into the SAP workbooks.
  • Basic understanding of SuccessFactors modules, preferably Employee Central plus any of Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in workforce planning.
