Legal Administrative Assistant - Dorset
Excellent opportunity for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join a leading law firm in the South.
Our client is an award-winning and full service law firm with offices spread across the South of England. They are currently looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Swanage office in Dorset.
The role will involve sitting front of house and dealing with an administrative workload. Duties will include:
- All general office/reception duties
- Greeting clients when they come into the office with a professional and friendly manner
- Database updates, including opening and closing files on the case management system
- Photocopying and filing
- Assisting with archiving
- Post and DX duties
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms
- Copy/audio typing letters, etc.
To be considered, ideally you will have some admin/office experience with excellent communication and organisational skills.
