- Help oversee and coordinate all APs aspects of the hard FM Service
- Help the operational lead develop the CAFM based maintenance programme to work in parallel with the AP and CP structures
- Responsibilities for policy and service development include initiating engineering policies in line with statutory regulation and Trust compliance team
- 37.5 hours per week
- Onsite 5 days a week

- Demonstrable project management experience in delivering a diverse range of maintenance and minor works projects, on time and within budget
