Insolvency Solicitor (NQ to 1 PQE)

About the Role:
Well established multi-office law firm is looking for a motivated NQ solicitor (or 1 PQE) to join their dynamic Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team in Manchester. You will work on both corporate and personal insolvency matters, gaining exposure to a variety of cases and developing your skills alongside two directors and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality insolvency advice to clients, ensuring their goals are met.
- Manage client relationships from start to finish, including billing.
- Prepare and review legal documents for court hearings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and file management standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote the firm's interests.
- Develop litigation strategies and update senior associates and directors.
Skills and experience required:
- Qualified solicitor from any practice - NQ to 1 year PQE approx.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player with a client-focused approach.
- Results-driven and proactive.
- Flexibility to support the team.
- Prior insolvency experience is beneficial but not essential.
