Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate company performance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
- Support the budgeting and financial planning process.
- Work closely with department heads to understand and manage their financial requirements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Contribute to cost control initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Provide financial modelling and business case analysis for new projects and investments.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisers as necessary.
Profile
- Proven experience in a similar accounts function
- The ability to analyse and interpret data
- Excellent planning and organising skills - able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- The ability to prioritise own workload to meet business needs
- Attention to detail when producing data, reports, or other analysis
- Experience as a Management Accountant
- May be working towards an accountancy degree
