As the administrator you will work with your team to provide a efficient administrative support function to paraplanners, advisers and the practices clients.
Salary of upto 32k + excellent benefit, pension, exam support, onsite parking, genuine career progression.
Ideal candidates will have worked within a IFA practice set up, supporting advisers and therefore have a solid understanding of financial services. It would be advantageous if you have worked with IRESS and Xplan and on platforms such as transact and standard life.
Duties such as...
- Sending Letters of Authority
- Obtaining applications, illustrations etc
- Ensure all required information needed to complete application forms and illustrations has been obtained.
- Check, maintain and implement Bed & ISA process.
- Process New Business
- Research for Suitability Reports
- Prepare information/comparisons for analysis by Financial Planner.
- Obtain information necessary to compile client recommendations
- Completing rebalances and cost implications for clients as directed by the financial Planner
- Carrying out technical calculations as directed by the financial Planner
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing a friendly and professional point of contact, answering technical queries
