This role will operate as a strategic HR Advisor / HR Officer delivering and developing a full spectrum of HR services which drives business performance and contributes to the goals and the core values of the organisation. Supporting the Management Team with the management of their people teams, which is inclusive of but not limited to all aspects of Employee Relations: investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, attendance management and capability.
What you'll need to succeed
A CIPD qualification or studying
Strong generalist HR experience ideally gained within the third or public sectors
Proven experience in handling a large volume of ER cases
Excellent communication skills
