An HR Admin is required to provide comprehensive administrative support within the Secretarial & Business Support department of a leading company in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector. This role is based in Holytown.

Description

  • Providing administrative support to the HR department
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboardingonboarding processes
  • Keeping up-to-date records of employees
  • Maintaining HR databases and systems
  • Assisting in the organisation of staff training and development programmes
  • Handling HR-related documentation and correspondence
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks

Profile

A successful HR Admin should have:

  • An educational qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities with a customer-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with labour laws
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
