Overview - Documentation Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a confident Documentation Administrator to work for our client based in Chandlers Ford. This company supports projects within the Oil & Gas, Defence and Renewable energy sectors. They are a fantastic organisation and this role is working within a small team who are responsible for a number of projects.

Job Role - Documentation Administrator

This is a busy role where you will be required to manage the project documents. Identifying documentation requirements and submitting documentation to the relevant clients within prescribed timescales.You will be required to liaise with a number of key stakeholders both internally and externally and will be chasing information to ensure that project packs are complete.

The Ideal Candidate - Documentation Administrator
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have good written and verbal communications skills and the ability to chase for information is really important. Accuracy is critical in this position so you will need a keen eye for detail. It is also important that you can manage your own workload and can multi task. Experience in a document control environment would be an advantage however not essential as training will be provided.
