About the role:

We have a mixture of experience and young talents across our Category team in particular within fish & seafood which is our most Lucrative segment across Nomad foods, where you will be able to work with our leading brand "THECAPTAIN" and partner up with our Media/ brand and comms teams to bring our new idea and potential growths to life. You will be given the exposure of supporting all our clusters, therefore, if you enjoy working and managing senior stakeholders across Europe then role is for you.

Portfolio Senior Brand Manager role is an exciting role within the central team. Focused on driving growth across the 6 clusters (22 Key Markets) on the fish and sea food segment which is the biggest segment at Nomad's representing 37% of the total revenue. The role includes exciting initiatives on activation and innovation partnering with both internal teams and external agencies to drive results. Pillar of the centre of excellence for marketing within the business, it is a great position combining strategy, project management and scale. With a full international remit, the Portfolio Senior Brand Manager position is perfect for a driven individual wanting to develop to the next level.

Key accountabilities:

  • Innovation & Renovation

Understand the category vision and how its key drivers are the basis for segment growth and brand growth

  • Building Knowledge to Win (Flywheel Process, Playbooks & Best Practice Sharing)

Be able to assess performance as part of flywheel process to inform strategy for segment.

Build clear toolkits for execution to inspire MUs and support innovation implementation ensuring there is a continuous loop of learn & optimise

  • Commercial Acumen

Has a clear understanding of the basic principles of PPA/ Price/ Promo and understand how the levers can work to support both innovation and renovation.

Working collaboratively with Insights, RDQ, PMO, Supply Chain and Finance Colleagues to deliver strategic P&L that mees or exceeds KPIs for the NPDs and great quality marketing execution

About you:

As a portfolio Senior Brand Manager, we need you to have a 'MAKE IT HAPPENED' attitude across multi- functions and cross Marketing teams. You need to have a curious mindset, enthusiasm to learn as you are going to be become our SME of fish & seafood brand segment. You will also need to be confident in presenting and having the spotlight on you in front of large number of audiences, previously worked with global team is super important to us as you will be supporting our 6 clusters so understanding the European market working managing senior stakeholders globally will be part of your daily responsibilities. Lastly, we you will need to be passionate and love food to be successful at Nomad foods, the base of everything we do is to create delicious food for our consumers.

Experience required:

  • Proven track record of achievement in an FMCG environment
  • Successfully led product innovation development, having ideally worked in a category led organisation
  • Able to demonstrate strong people influence skills and collaboration to work in cross functional Teams
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ideally work across different countries and with diverse nationalities
  • Mandatory language requirements: English. Understanding of Italian /German / French would be an advantage
