Are you passionate about finding and nurturing early talent? Do you have experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes? Our client, a leading organisation in the Technology industry, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Advisor (Early Careers) to join their team.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor for Early Careers, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top early talent for our client's organisation. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their early career needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. With your expertise, you will oversee the entire graduate recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of workforce planning and graduate recruitment needs. Collaborate effectively to align recruitment strategies with organisational goals.
  • Sourcing Talent: Create and implement innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top graduate talent. Utilise various channels, including universities, online platforms, and career events, to successfully capture the attention of potential candidates.
  • Candidate Management: Take ownership of the full recruitment process. From initial sourcing to candidate selection, you will guide candidates through the journey, preparing them for interviews and providing ongoing support.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion and embed diversity and inclusion in recruitment practises. Ensure adherence to inclusion principles and strive to create diverse candidate pools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Early Careers/Graduate Recruitment: Proven track record of managing graduate hiring within a corporate or tech environment.
  • Strong Communication and Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects and candidates at various stages of the recruitment process.
  • IT Literate: Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office.

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience managing high volume recruitment campaigns
  • Strong project management and event planning skills for handling career fairs and outreach initiatives.
