We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual to support the sales team working closely with sales managers. Previous experience in sales including managing customer queries and sales order processing is ideal.
Attention to detail and excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills are essential alongside a willingness to be proactive.
Please note this role is office based

What your role will look like
- Sales order processing
- Facilitating order queries
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling deliveries
- Reporting to the sales manager and working in collaboration between sites
- Using EXCEL for data management
- Keeping customers well informed on their deliveries
