Harnham is hiring a Data Protection Officer for a large retail organisation. The role involves building out the organisation's data protection capabilities and team from scratch.
THE COMPANY:
This role is for a large retail company with strong data analytic capabilities. The organisation has fostered a culture around work-life balance and professional development. This role reports directly to the Head of Data and will be able to build out a team in the long term.
THE ROLE:
As a Data Protection Officer, you will work to build out the structures to keep the data secure and reliable. The organisation is looking to build effective Data Protection frameworks to stay compliant with GDPR. This role will work with many senior stakeholders in the organisation and therefore requires strong communication skills.
