Digital Account Manager
Salary £26k- £32k
Manchester, Nottingham or London- 1 day per month in the office (or more if you want)
Forward Role are excited to be working with a multi-award winning and high growth digital marketing agency with offices across Manchester, London and Nottingham. They have won awards for being a brilliant & flexible place to work and there are tonnes of opportunities to progress. They are now looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their client services team. With offices in 3 locations across the country, the requirement is once a month in the office- but alot of the team go in way more!
As Digital Account Manager, the core of your role will be to deliver against account development strategies and drive the best-in-class service to a portfolio of clients. You'll help lead the growth of client accounts through an in-depth understanding of their digital marketing objectives.
What you'll need:
- Essential is a knowledge of digital channels, especially SEO, Paid and Digital PR
- Experience of being client facing and leading client relationships
- Ideally 2 years in an agency background- either in a channel role or client services position
- A positive and creative thinker
- A proactive individual with a desire to learn new skills
- Knowledge of Google technology stack
- Experience of working across multi-channel digital campaigns
