Office Administrator

We are looking for a Part Time Office Coordinator for a West End based investment manager. This role will be around 25 hours per week, working with a lovely team of individuals who are all passionate about what they do.

What you will do:

  • Reception cover taking incoming messages and forwarding them appropriately.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Organising the meeting room calendars.
  • Administering post accordingly.
  • Finance administration including sending invoices and chasing payments.
  • Office Management – restocking the office, liaising with third party contractors and assisting with events.

Who you are:

  • Someone able to work autonomously and efficiently.
  • Someone with a high attention to detail.
  • A multitasker.
  • Someone with very strong interpersonal skills.
