We're seeking an exceptional Events & Seminars Manager to take charge of our clients thriving events department. With the goal of skyrocketing our revenue and managing over 270 events annually, you'll be at the helm of an already successful team, driving innovation and excellence.
Take ownership of every aspect of our Events program. From planning and execution to follow-up and feedback, you'll ensure our events are top-notch, engaging, and revenue-generating. This is your chance to make a significant impact and elevate our events to the next level.
Day to Day
- Directly support our Head of Events, spearheading growth through webinars and seminars to meet KPIs.
- Manage the team to achieve revenue targets, reviewing every element of the events process to enhance effectiveness.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of 12 virtual webinars per quarter, with rapid growth potential.
- Collaborate with marketing to craft engaging event content, ensuring high attendance and sales conversion.
- Recruit, train, and manage speakers, continually enhancing their performance.
- Utilize management information to improve attendance rates and sales opportunities.
- Work with Marketing, PR, and Sales teams to maximize event exposure and follow-up.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing our brand image across all channels.
