Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing end-to-end business services.
- Prepare statutory accounts and financial statements in accordance with UK regulations.
- Support and mentor junior staff members, overseeing their progress and development.

- Conduct financial analysis and identify areas for client business improvement.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with strong technical knowledge.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
