Eleven Eleven Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our Construction client for an office administrator.

Our client is seeking a driven individual with knowledge and experience working in the Construction industry.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position based in our clients head office close to Colchester, Essex.

Responsibilities:

  • Process subcontract orders, payments, and variations
  • Assist in controlling all commercial aspects and responsibilities
  • Handle general departmental administration
  • Provide other appropriate ad hoc duties and administrative support as needed
  • Maintain relevant filing systems and databases
  • Assist in compiling all weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required
  • Procure and process orders for materials
  • Perform material take-offs
  • Undertake general administration tasks related to the commercial function of the business
