Role – Quality Control
Location – Attleborough, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday - 0600-18.00 4 on 4 off
Main duties will include -
- Taking inbound and outbound bookings to update the Cold store diary.
- Coordinating the good inwards/outwards process.
- Inputting the goods inwards onto the system.
- Reporting stock movements.
- Customer order entry
- Dispatching orders from the warehouse system.
- Discrepancy reporting and assisting to investigate stock queries.
- Inform customers of late deliveries/collections.
- Assisting store with put away/pick queries.
- Front desk/gate controls and driver's reception.
- Ensuring all customers receive information in a timely and accurate fashion.

- Happy to assist other staff when necessary.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
