Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site teams and manage moderate-sized audit engagements, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Prepare accounts up to finalisation and produce detailed and insightful tax computations.
  • Adapt to a dynamic desk split, ensuring that you work in the best conditions possible.
  • Support larger audits by completing designated sections and contributing to the overall audit findings.
  • Work closely with clients to address queries, escalating complex issues to assignment leaders as necessary.
  • Take ownership of audits from planning through to successful completion, ensuring all deadlines and standards are met.
  • Review and refine the work of team members before submission to assignment leaders, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing constructive feedback to support their development and improve work quality.

What We're Looking For:

  • Part-qualified or exam-qualified ACA, ICAS, CA, or ACCA (minimum criteria).
  • Solid knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS 102/105 (minimum criteria).
  • Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating strong communication and writing skills.
