JasperRose is partnering with a global travel company with offices worldwide to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months. The role works in their headquarters based in Surrey with a hybrid model of 3 days in the office per week. This is an opportunity to join the EMEA headquarters of an award-winning business with exciting growth plans.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will have extensive exposure to stakeholders across the business through to the senior leadership level. The role will own the international regions' monthly reporting packs, analysis, and project work.

Your main duties will be:

  • Preparation and presentation of financial information for the international entities to aid decision-making
  • Management of various ad-hoc projects to help with commercial decision-making
  • Analysis of revenue and expenditure across all international entities
  • Headcount analysis and reporting this back to stakeholders in the business
  • Commission reporting and monitoring performance vs terms agreed
  • Business partner with key stakeholders globally to ensure all financial policies are adhered to

Skill set required:

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience working in a commercially focused role where you have analysed large data sets and worked closely with stakeholders across the business. Experience working in the consumer industry is preferred, as is any knowledge of commission reporting. Advanced Excel skills are essential, with Power BI and Hyperion skills desirable. You will be proactive in nature with the confidence to drive change and communicate efficiently.
