The Customer Service Administrator will support US-based clients, requiring commitment to US business hours. (Flexible working policy: 13:30 - 22:30 core hours)

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Provide top-tier customer support to US customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Utilise Sage software to manage customer accounts and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to document and track customer interactions, manage service requests, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle a variety of customer service tasks, including phone, email, and chat support, addressing both issues and general inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
