Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across a variety of subjects.
- Work with small groups or individual students to provide targeted interventions and one-to-one support, helping them to reach their full potential.
- Provide additional support for students with special educational needs (SEN), including those with learning difficulties, behavioral challenges, and disabilities.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to plan, assess, and monitor students' progress.
- Encourage student engagement and participation in lessons and extracurricular activities.
- Contribute to the wider school community, supporting school events, trips, and other initiatives.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with secondary school-aged children (preferred but not essential).
