Sales Advisor

Role: New Home Sales Advisor

Development: Fleet (300+ Units)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

The Role:

As the Sales Advisor, you will generate sales and act as the first point of contact for prospective house buyers, guiding them through the process from initial meeting to handover of their new home.

Working Week: Thursday - Monday (1 in 4 weekends off)

Hours: 9:30am - 5pm

As the New Homes Sales Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively selling New Homes via following up leads and booking viewing appointments
  • Track and respond to all leads and enquiries
  • Showing potential clients around properties
  • Controlling the sales process and liaising with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale
  • Negotiating and securing sales
  • Ensuring potential buyers are financially qualified
  • Update internal CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Experience in New Homes Sales with a Residential Developer
  • You're able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
