We are now looking for a Divisions & Groups Executive to join our team on a full-time basis for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Role

As a Divisions & Groups Executive, you will support our member volunteer committees who provide the knowledge that drives our technical direction.

Working as part of a team to support governance and operational management of committees, you will ensure they deliver objectives, projects and activities.

You will take responsibility for committee management and administration, supporting projects and programmes and ensuring member volunteers are focussed on deliverables.

Seeking to improve the volunteering experience, you will facilitate the development of our member volunteers, ensuring they have access to a full suite of digital tools, supporting them in undergoing training and assisting them with troubleshooting.

Additionally, you will:

- Organise virtual and physical meetings
- Manage committee budgets, process invoices, and accurately record expenditure
- Support the implementation of first and second tier committee and project plans
- Maintain accurate member records
- Support the development, implementation and compliance of policies

About You

To be considered as a Divisions & Groups Executive, you will need:

- Experience of providing first rate customer focused service to internal and external stakeholders
- Good people and relationship management skills
- Empathy with volunteers/volunteering
- The ability to produce clear, concise and timely minutes of meetings
- Computer literacy, with competence in Microsoft Office programmes
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
