Residential Support Worker **
We are recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to work in an Ofsted registered children's 3 bedroom residential home, which is part of Brook View school.
Location: Ribchester, PR3.
Contract: Permanent. (42 hours per week)
Rate of Pay: £25k per annum.
The company provides high quality residential care and education for children and young people with mental health conditions such as Autism, Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties and complex needs associated with challenging behaviour.
Purpose of the position:
- Your role is to support our children to maintain and develop relationships with friends and family, encourage them to integrate with the local community by attending clubs or day centres and to support the children in all aspects of their daily living.
- You will safeguard vulnerable children and report any suspicion or evidence of harm and when the children are not in the service you will undertake housekeeping and maintain standards of hygiene within the home.

Essential:
- Full UK Driving License.
