We are looking for a Marketing and Events Executive Apprentice to join our team on a 18 month fixed term contract.

The Marketing and Events Executive will play a key role in developing and delivering Kaplan's face-to-face and online webinar events. The role offers exposure to different marketing sub teams and an opportunity to work across all elements of the customer life cycle and marketing mix.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent undergraduate looking for an apprenticeship to give formal training, exposure to different marketing subteams, and relevant work experience.

What you'll bring to the role

We're looking for a confident self-starter who isn't afraid of a challenge. You'll receive all the formal training and support to do your role well, and if you're looking to take ownership of improving Kaplan's online and face-to-face events, you'll go far. Ideally we would like:

  • Ability to balance priorities and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for running projects and events.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
