Job Role: Finance Admin
Job Location: Somerset Council
Salary: £14.75 Per Hour
Working period: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Working Hours: 22.5 hours a week
Assignment period: 3-6 Months Ongoing
Your Role;
- Children's Social Care Taunton Central Payments Team Paying mileage claims Setting up carers bank details for payment checking payments Paying invoices Administering Imprest (petty cash) account and Voluntary fund - banking, preparing cash payments for collection, reconciliation in the office
- 1 day a week - (2 days a week when providing leave/sickness cover) Sending and replying to emails Monitoring several email team email boxes
