Assistant Manager| London | Jewellery | Up to £30,000
Our client is a fast growing British jewellery brand, their main purpose to inspire confidence for clients. We are now seeking an Assistant Manager to join their concession within a busy department store in Central London. As the Assistant Manager you will be fully immersed in every aspect of the customers' journey as they visit the concession.
The role as an Assistant Manager:
The overall purpose of the role is to act as a brand ambassador, offer style advice and ensure motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
As our Assistant Manager you will be:
- Min 1 year experience in a Supervisory or Assistant Manager role within a customer facing role.
- Proven retail sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
