Location:
Bluewater Shopping Centre, Dartford
Responsibilities:
- Manages all boutique operations, ensuring compliance with guidelines for inventory, cash, security, and store opening/closing.
- Ensures adherence to internal control policies.
- Oversees store expenses and maintenance.
- Leads the team in building long-term client relationships.
- Sets and tracks clienteling goals for outreach, appointments, and sales.
- Collects quality client data and leverages it to personalize client interactions and grow the business.
- Plans and coordinates events aligned with brand strategy, assessing ROI.
- Delivers outstanding service to all store visitors.
- Represents the brand values as a passionate ambassador, both in-store and at events.
- Maintains luxury standards for grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Networks with local influencers.
- Supports team members on the floor, providing immediate feedback and development.
- Identifies and hires new team members.
- Actively participates in sales, driving boutique performance to meet targets.
- Analyzes retail KPIs to identify business opportunities and creates action plans.

Salary: £60,000-70,000.
