A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager/ Senior Lister to join our clients, successful, independent Estate Agency in Guildford.
Our clients can offer a basic salary up to £60k DOE with on target earnings of £90kwith ongoing training, plus incentives, including bonuses for over achieving!
The ideal candidate:
- The position will require a professional individual with the ability to lead by example and offer a high degree of customer service and possess a proven track record in property sales.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Meticulous and methodical in approach
- Self-motivated, energetic and able to use initiative
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- A driven hungry candidate who wants to earn extra bonuses on over achievement
- You will be a great lister
- Will always be on top of business development
- You will have a desire to coach and develop your colleagues and ensure they always have clear goals and an understanding of the business needs.
- You will be target driven with the ability to win new listings together with excellent people and communication skills.
- You will have at least 3 Years valuing experience.
- You will need a full driving licence
