We are partnering with a highly regarded members club are looking for a Senior People & Culture Manager for strategic and operational development.

The Role: A Senior People and Culture Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this role is integral to the operations, providing both operational and strategic support. The successful candidate will help develop a positive company culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement, employee retention, talent development, and high performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Empowering operational management to handle all elements of employee relations.
  • Implementing and overseeing performance management systems.
  • Reviewing and analysing HR metrics to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Leading succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organisational design, and change management.
  • Promoting a positive health and safety, duty of care, and well-being culture.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of generalist HR leadership/management experience.
  • Experience in developing people strategies/plans and identifying opportunities for improvement in attraction, performance management, engagement, talent, and retention.
  • Thorough understanding of HR policies, practices, procedures, employment law, and regulations.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team of HR professionals.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
