Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are currently recruiting for a temporary Receptionist from the 4th- 11th July for our client based in Camberley, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring the cleanliness and maintenance of the Centre and resolving any issues that arise during the day
- Complete Health and Safety checks, including the weekly fire alarm test (you will be assisting this with another staff member working at the desk with you)
- Listening to any issues or problems that clients may have and proactively responding
- Upkeep of communal areas
- Booking and facilitation of meeting rooms
- Distribution of client's post and parcels
- Completing all copying, scanning and post requirements for clients
- Monitoring levels of stationery, coffee and vending machine consumables and ordering and restocking as appropriate
- To maintain confidentiality and always observe the company's data protection guidelines
What we are looking for:
- Previous administration or receptionist experience
- Friendly, approachable with a service-focused mindset
- Organised with strong time management skills
- Effective multitasker
