- *Role Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic MFL Cover Supervisor to join our team, supporting schools in the Bradford area. This role primarily involves covering French and Spanish language lessons. However, you may also be required to provide general cover across various subjects as needed.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver pre-planned French and Spanish lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Support students with their learning, answering questions and providing guidance.
- Assist with the administration of lesson plans and materials.
- Cover other subject areas when required, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- *Requirements:**
- Proficiency in French and Spanish, with a strong understanding of language teaching.
- Previous experience in an educational setting, ideally as a cover supervisor or teaching assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to different subjects and classroom environments.
