Job Title: Office Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Borehamwood
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (Pro Rata)
Hours: 25-30 hours per week (5 days, potential for 1 day from home)

Are you an experienced office administrator looking for a part-time role with flexibility? A leading private healthcare company in Borehamwood is seeking a Head Office Administrator to support their central support office and finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the smooth running of the central support office, including ordering supplies, managing petty cash, and overseeing general office tasks.
  • Support the purchase ledger function by scanning invoices and assisting with other finance department tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the C-Suite, including expenses management, and general assistance to the Operations Team.
  • Liaise with care home administrators and managers to collate necessary information.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of 2 years of office administration experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with good IT skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional approach, attention to detail, and the ability to relate to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSEs (A-C) including Maths and English or equivalent.
