UX Designer 12 month FTC

I am looking for a Mid-Senior UX Designer to work across a number of projects for a well known World Heritage Site on a 12 month FTC contract. The largest of these projects is the development of a single basket e-commerce platform, known as the EVE programme which is where this role will be focused.

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the user is represented throughout the design and development process, from initial conception through to delivery, and into ongoing iterative improvement. You will take a research-driven approach to determine user needs, and then create and test wireframes and designs that balance user needs, technical constraints and business goals.

**Please note this us a UK based position where you are required to be onsite 2 days a week. Please only apply if you are based in the UK and have UK Right To Work**

  • User Journey Mapping/Process Mapping
  • Data analysis
  • Research and user testing
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • Wireframing and prototyping
  • Supporting the Digital Design team and external partners to create, test, launch and optimise developments.
  • Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Project/task management
  • Designing for complex, omni-channel Customer Journeys

This role is based on site near Richmond, 2 days a week.
