**Financial Controller opportunity - North London **
Grafton Banks Finance is recruiting a Financial Controller for a successful and growing healthcare group, headquartered in North London. The organization has a very supportive culture and a friendly finance team to lead.
The job may be an opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to take their first Financial Controller role/title, or a present a new challenge for an existing Financial Controller.
There is also the chance to impact the growth of the company, as well as the opportunity to deputize for the Finance Director.
Day to day responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the small finance team.
Ensure accurate financial reporting for multiple entities in the group.
Hold monthly management reporting including analysis and forecasts.
Work with senior leaders to understand profitability and help deliver on strategy.
Cash flow forecasting and analysis/reporting.
Be the lead contact for the year end audit and completion of quarterly VAT returns.
Oversee AR / AP and Payroll.
The candidate :
ACA / ACCA / CIMA fully qualified.
Previous experience running a small finance team.
Ability to work on-site in North London.
Salary: up to £70,000 plus benefits.
