Hybrid working (4 days from home and 1 in the office)
Location
: Eastleigh, Although you will have the ability to work 4 days a week from home and one day in the office once you have completed your training period of 8 weeks in the offices
Salary
: £24100 rising to £25600 within 18 months
Start date:
2nd September 2024
Hours
: 37.5 hours per week- you MUST be flexible to work shifts of 7.5 hours per day between 8am and 7pm you will work one in three Saturdays between 9am and 5pm and then be given a day off during the week

As a Customer Service Executive you will :
- Handling a variety of incoming calls, answering queries and questions along the way.
- Making outbound calls to liaise with third parties regarding a recent accident
- Liaising with customers, clients and third parties via telephone, emails and letters.
- Encouraging third parties to work together and resolve issues
- Ensuring information inputted into the system is done with high levels of accuracy and administration tasks are handled with care.
- To complete all round administration
The Ideal Customer Service Executive will have / be
- ALL Customer Service experience is considered for this position
- Will have a good telephone manner
- Will be confident in contacting customers (this is NOT a sales role )
- Be persuasive in a professional manner
- Will pride themselves on going the extra mile for a customer
- Will be customer-focused with great communication skills and good attention to detail
- Must have good basic IT skills and strong written literacy skills
