Job Title: Retail Field Representative
Client location: Thame
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £26,522.50 per annum (OTE £31,827.00)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

About Our Client:
Our client is a leading global organisation in the retail sector. Their mission is to ensure the availability and promotion of their range of tobacco and non-tobacco products in selected Grocery and Convenience stores such as Tesco, Asda, Co-op, McColl's, etc. As a Retail Field Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a defined geography and an exclusive set of outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve the daily, weekly, and cycle coverage plan on your territory.
- Conduct kiosk audits to ensure accuracy and record all information on the customer management system.
- Execute the priorities outlined in individual account briefs during each store visit.
- Identify and rectify issues to minimise out-of-stocks and ensure products are back on sale immediately or address long-term root causes.
- Interact with key kiosk personnel, using sales materials to convey key brand messages and build advocates for our client's products.
- Follow all store protocols and health and safety guidelines while working in our client's customers' premises.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Good customer relationship building skills.
- Experience of working within a team environment.
- IT literate.
- Positive and flexible attitude.
- KPI and results-driven.
- FMCG sales experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the grocery and convenience retail sector is advantageous.
Location: Various areas covered, Thame, Oxford, Bicester, Brackley, Cheltenham, Swindon, Wantage.
Note: A full, clean UK driving licence is essential for this role.
