Marketing & Business Development Coordinator - Award Winning B-Corp Law Firm

An award-winning and B-Corp accredited law firm, focused on working with start-up and scale-up entrepreneurial businesses, are looking to recruit a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to liaise between and support their internal and external BD, marketing and communications experts.

The firm offers a refreshing and simple approach to delivering professional services in a supportive, pragmatic and collaborative way an, with the continued growth of the business, has an ambition to accelerate revenue growth through a distinctive sector and market focus. This role will be central to the firm and its abilities to build its reputation and secure new clients. The firm are now looking to appoint an ambitious and creative junior-level marketeer who can cover the full mix of business development, marketing and digital services. You will report directly into the firms' Marketing Partner and have a dotted line to the Head of Business Development, with additional support being provided by an appointed agency who deliver a range of services to the firm including PR and digital. This is a standalone role and would best suit a dynamic candidate who is happy to work autonomously within an organisation. As some aspects of the firm's BD and marketing function are outsourced, it will be your responsibility to liaise with the appointed agency and work with them collaboratively to deliver on projects. Management will be provided within the firm and support, mentorship and learning and development opportunities will be delivered by the marketing agency. The firm hopes to appoint someone who is passionate about their work and who will take ownership of the firms' BD and marketing objectives and drive projects forward to a best-in-class standard. The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator will enjoy a varied workload inputting into every aspect of the firm's reputation, growth and client relationships. You will work with the Head of BD, Partners and wider Senior Leadership Team to implement BD initiatives that are driven from the firm's BD & Marketing strategy and will be tasked with the development of proposals for both existing and new partnerships. On the marketing side, the successful applicant's responsibilities will span event organisation, marketing communications and digital marketing.

With a passion for entrepreneurship and desire to be involved in a happy and motivated team, the ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in business development and proven experience in a similar role gained whilst working in a professional services environment, preferably in a law firm, to include demonstrable success in event planning and management. The firm are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator who is able to demonstrate outstanding personal leadership skills and recognises how their work contributes to and affects the work of others, prioritising and communicating accordingly. An excellent communicator with outstanding organisational skills and high attention to detail, you should also possess a good understanding of Google Analytics and social media monitoring tools and previous experience of using a website CMS for basic admin functions and of using LinkedIn, Instagram, Microsoft Planner, EventBrite, Campaign Monitor and Canva.
