As a Liability Adjuster, your main responsibilities will include:
- Contributing towards regional productivity through effective planning and organisation.
- Managing Client relationships through delivery of SLA's and achievement of KPIs.
- Proactively communicating with Clients and Brokers to assist in efficient claims investigation and handling.
- Ensuring compliance with company's procedures, technical claims handling guidelines, and external regulatory requirements.
- Participating in project delivery, ensuring you complete your responsibilities within the outlined timescales.
- Maintaining awareness of the company's Business Continuity programme and your role within it.
- Taking responsibility for your own training and development, including insurance qualification progression.

- Experience in a claims environment, dealing with Employers, Public, and Product liability losses from a desk-based role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for research, policy interpretation, and forming informed opinions.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of FSA procedures and a strong commitment to personal integrity and customer satisfaction.
