Responsibilities / Job Description
Tasks required by all portfolio managers
- Manage your own portfolio of properties from cradle to grave, overseeing the entire property lifecycle.
- Coordinate property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations.
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
- Manage lease renewals, rent increases, and property inspections.
- Stay updated on local market trends, rental regulations, and legal requirements.
Revenue Generation and Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental income and other revenue streams.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and expansion.
- Work closely with the team to develop marketing plans and attract high-quality tenants.
- Monitor rental market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyse portfolio performance, including occupancy rates, rental income, and expenses.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures when necessary to your team.
- Provide management with updates on portfolio status, challenges, and achievements.
Basic Salary £23000 plus commission
OTE £29000
