Vacancy: MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME)– Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Croydon, CR0
Salary: £25 - £28k pro rata
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a great opportunity for a talented, competent and experienced Mortgage Administrator (Part Time) to join a highly successful local Financial Service Company and support their busy mortgage services division**.**
The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong background in administration and, critically, have very recent experience in financial services / mortgage administration.
You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
You will need to be confident working within a busy team as well as working on your own.
The Company: Our client is a strong independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and offices in and around the Croydon area.
Skills: The skills required for this Mortgage Administrator (Part Time) role will include:
- Previous experience in mortgage administration
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Presentable and articulate communicator
- Highly organised, efficient and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of property industry desirable
