Job Title: Supplier Due Diligence Analyst

Salary: Circa £45,000 depending on experience

Location: Stevenage (We may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)

Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification

Security Clearance: British Citizenship or a Dual UK national with British citizenship is required for this position

The opportunity:

This role is an integral part of the Procurement and Supply Chain function, in the Business Solutions and Improvement team, ensuring controls are robust and effective, promoting positive communication on all such aspects across the workforce, carrying out functional activities in Supplier On-boarding and Supplier Risk processes and tools. The role will require familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that all matters are conducted in an ethical manner.

  • Manage the Supplier On-Boarding process, providing assistance to the procurement and compliance Team on adherence to the policies and procedures that form the company's Anti-Bribery Management System;
  • Assessing Ethics and financial outputs from third parties, attending meetings and forums as part of the UK Team;
  • Assessing Supplier questionnaires, Requesting certifications, Sending electronic campaigns and ensuring all required documentation has been received and validated, ensuring strict compliance to internal processes;
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across the business, promoting the development of a culture of integrity so that the ethical principles, compliance rules and values prosper;
  • Assist the Group Supplier Domain lead with the planning and implementation of process updates and systems upgrades, leading the UK communication and training roll out into the wider business;
  • Maintain supplier master data records and reporting associated with the management of Suppliers, ensuring data is up-to-date and reportable for senior stakeholders (CECRO, DMD, UK MD);
  • Actively participate in the management of third-party suppliers, attending weekly reviews and ensuring information is updated in a timely manner post-meeting, manage Supplier on-Boarding Governance, running the committee of Supplier approval, implementing and tracking decisions and mitigation actions;
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across the business, promoting the continuous development of supplier processes based on stakeholder feedback and a focus on UK customer requirements to maintain our commitment and values
  • Engage with Offset/IIC teams, planning and facilitating quarterly meetings and preparing data that is fit for purpose to undertake due diligence checks;
  • Manage queries relating to Donations & Sponsorship, Gifts & Hospitality and Conflicts of Interest;
  • Maintain knowledge, skills and expertise relating to Business Ethics & Compliance by keeping up to date with legal and regulatory changes.

What we're looking for from you:

  • Ability to build strong and productive working relationships across the UK and Group teams;
  • Ability to lead discussions and workshops in relation to Supplier Due diligence
  • Experience of working in a similar sector is desirable;
  • Knowledge and experience of tools such as SAP, Ivalua, Third party online data solutions desirable;
  • MS Excel/Power point/Word compulsory and ability to utilise online tools associated with internal procedures;
  • Willingness to maintain knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and associated legal cases.
