Estate Agent Assistant Call Centre Manager - Overview:

A locally known Estate Agency not only responds to customer enquiries, but also helps generate property valuations and other business opportunities such as financial services, conveyancing and lettings. You will be supporting a very experienced Call Centre Manager who has been with the operation for well over 5 years.

Working for our clients is all about helping. Helping their customers, helping their branches, helping their colleagues to all work towards the same goal of being the best they can be.

Ideally you will have worked as a Team Leader in a similar sales and customer service environment. You will be commercially aware with the ability to drive the business forward and add value. A previous, proven sales career and the ability to coach and motivate people at pace is key, as is strong target management in a fun and happy atmosphere.

Estate Agent Assistant Call Centre Manager - The purpose of the centre is:

  • Responding to inbound calls from clients and assisting them, with their property needs.
  • Identifying opportunities to help clients further by introducing them to additional properties that meet their needs, establishing if they have a property to sell, referring them for a mortgage appointment, or introducing them to your lettings or financial services colleagues.
  • To work towards set performance targets in line with business strategy and goals.
  • Liaising with estate agency colleagues in branch to assist in helping customers with their dream move.

Estate Agent Assistant Call Centre Manager - You need to:

  • Genuinely enjoy helping people. Whether it be customers or colleagues, you will be the kind of person that loves seeing your influence bear success.
  • Work hard, set an example, always be professional, and generate enthusiasm and motivation within your team.
  • Have confidence, resilience and enjoy creating healthy and fun competition with your colleagues.
  • Have truly exceptional customer service with a fantastic telephone manner and the ability to build rapport.
  • Ideally have worked in estate agency with some experience of managing and motivating a team.

**Estate Agent Assistant Call Centre Manager - The Package:

  • Basic Salary: £25,000 plus commission
  • On Target Earnings £30,000 - £35,000
  • Hours: 8.30am - 6pm
